I went in this store today at about 1:00 pm. I asked for help with hair dyed. The one girl answered all my questions, but and this is a big but, her attitude while serving me, was that I was just an inconvenience. I have worked retail for 35 years and definitely know the difference between good service and poor. Another young lady, a new employee, came in to save the day. She was very accommodating, and pleasant. In fact she changed the whole shopping experience to one of joy. Thank you Victoria for changing a bad experience to a good one. I will be back because of your service .
